Pricing:

All prices clearly state whether they include taxes or not.

Our Return and Refund policy:

We take our utmost care to pack the plants safely and securely for shipping. We cannot be held liable for damage due to courier negligence, as it is not under our control.

If you are not happy with the plant or product you received, please let us know immediately. I will assess the situation and if a refund is liable, the plant/product must be sent back within 2 days of delivery and in the same order it was received.

Refunds will be processed within two days of receiving returned items.

Sustainability:

We try to keep our footprint as low as possible by recycling packaging, plant pots, and substrates where possible. We also source and use enviromently friendly sourced substrates, and other related products.

Privacy:

Customer information is only used for order processing and communication.  No third-party sharing without explicit consent, except as required by law.

We are compliant with all relevant local, national, and international laws. No prohibited or restricted items for sale.

Shipping:

We deliver Nationwide, via The Courier Guy door to door delivery.

We only offer Pudo option for non living items.

We dispatch orders Mon-Fri.

All orders are dispatched the next day for orders placed before 3pm the previous day, to make sure your order reaches you a.s.a.p.
