Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned items.
- Certain items, such as custom orders and perishable plants, are not eligible for return.

Sustainability
- At Nuno, we are committed to offering eco-friendly and sustainable products.Â
- We encourage customers to recycle plant pots, compost plant waste and use natural non-chemical plant food, and natural pesticides. Systemic chemical pesticides kill the pests and the good bacteria in the soil – please avoid it.

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Despatch Days
• We despatch plants on Monday.
• We despatch Accessories from Monday to Friday.
• Accessories orders placed  before 2pm are typically despatched on the following day, or if at weekends, on the following business day.
