Shipping Policy

We process orders within 3-5 business days, and they are dispatched every Monday. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, but this may vary based on your location and order size. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you tracking information via email or SMS. Let us know which courier branch or Pudo locker you'd like your package delivered to, and we'll take care of the rest.

Refund Policy

We take great care in packing your orders safely and securely to minimize transit damage. While our couriers do not offer insurance on live plants, we mark all packages as fragile to ensure careful handling. Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns on plants, and cannot be held liable for damages due to courier negligence. However, severely damaged non-plant items may be replaced in accordance with our return policy.

Return Policy:
If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours by sending an email with images of the damaged goods and your invoice to cherise@cherishplants.com. After reviewing your email, we will respond to confirm or decline the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, if the return is approved, Cherish Plants will cover the cost of issuing replacement goods, which will be shipped back to you within 14-21 business days from receiving the returned items.
