Once your order is shipped, we'll send you tracking information via email or SMS. Let us know which courier branch or Pudo locker you'd like your package delivered to, and we'll take care of the rest.

While our couriers do not offer insurance on live plants, we mark all packages as fragile to ensure careful handling. Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns on plants, and cannot be held liable for damages due to courier negligence. However, severely damaged non-plant items may be replaced in accordance with our return policy.

Return Policy:
If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours by sending an email with images of the damaged goods and your invoice to cherise@cherishplants.com. After reviewing your email, we will respond to confirm or decline the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, if the return is approved, Cherish Plants will cover the cost of issuing replacement goods, which will be shipped back to you within 14-21 business days from receiving the returned items.

Description

Wanting to be growing indoor or outdoor plants by rooting cuttings in water? Use these porcelain propagation cones to hold your precious plants (even large seeds, such as an Avo pip). Select a glass or a jar and fill it with water before placing the lid and resting your seed on top, or gently inserting your cutting through the hole so that the bottom of the stem is in the water while the leaves (or seed) stay dry above the lid, preventing rotting issues. Refresh the water regularly and keep checking that the stem is in the water below for best results. The best thing about it is watching the roots form and grow.
